By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All products are sold subject to availability.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We really want everyone to be happy with their items and we do accept returns!! Full cash returns, not store credit or anything like that.
Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return postage is covered by the customer. No additional restocking or processing fees are applied.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items, clearance, and custom-made products are non-refundable.
Email us at help@osh-fc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
We are currently working on an automated return system, but it has been a challenge to find a reliable cross-boarder service. Once that is live, this will be a lot easier.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days once shipped.
If your item is a pre-order, please allow 5–8 weeks for delivery.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Canada: Customers within Canada will not pay any duties or import fees.
United States: All duties and import taxes are prepaid, so there are no additional fees on delivery.
International (outside Canada & US): Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
Payment is processed at the time of purchase.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded in full.
All content on this website (including product images, designs, and text) is the property of OSH.MFG and may not be used without permission.
We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or factors outside of our control. However, we will work through the process of ensuring the carrier refunds us on your behalf. This does not apply to items that have were unreceived but labelled as delivered however, as that will requite the customer to contact their local post office.
Our liability for any order is limited to the total purchase amount of that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Any disputes will be handled under Canadian jurisdiction.
